What is U.R.U?
UNIQUE stands for the highlighting of our singularity as individuals, in a world where mass produced objects tend to make us loose our individuality. The average person does not exist and every one of us has something unique within them. Something, that in my opinion, should not be hidden, but instead it should stand out with pride.
UPCYCLED is the approach that will finally put an end to the concept of waste. Everything is a resource. We are the only species that go through full processes to create thousands of things just for them to be sitting in a warehouse till the day that they get the stigma of waste. Most of the times this leads to their incineration or shipping to landfills where they become someone else’s problem.
RENEWABLE is the future. Things will run out and as a species we will have to change our way of making, by using energy that can be renewed, and smart production strategies that stir away from environmental exploitation.
